Lamb

Whole Lamb

Our lambs will provide 20-30 lbs. of meat for your freezer. Each lambs will include 2 legs bone-in, 2 boneless shoulder roasts, around 3-5 lbs. of chops, 4 shanks, and 2-4 lbs. of ground lamb. $5.25/lb hanging weight

Beef

Mix & Match Beef By the Cut

For a limited time, make your own package by mixing & matching individual cuts of beef: steaks, roasts, stew meat, ground beef. A wide assortment of cuts is currently available. Order 30lbs. or more, and receive a 10% discount!

    Rib Steaks

  • T-Bone, Porterhouse, and Rib Steaks: $9.50/lb.
  • Sirloin Steaks

  • London Broil, Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Top Round Stekas: $8.00/lb.
  • Roasts

  • Chuck, Bottom Round, Eye of Round: $5.00/lb.
  • Stew Meat

  • Brisket, Diaphragm, Skirt and Pre-Cut Stew Meat: $5.00/lb.
  • Ground Beef:

  • $4.00/lb.

Notes:

  1. Prices include USDA inspected cutting, cryovac packaging and freezing.
  2. We do not ship our product, but occasionally will deliver within 200 miles. Call us for our delivery schedule and pricing.
  3. Individual cuts of meat are occasionally available for pick up at the farm. Call for availability.

Pastured Poultry

Broilers 5-6 lbs. $2.50/lb.

Turkeys 12-20 lbs. $2.50/lb.

Free-Range Eggs $2.00/ dozen

Notes:

  1. Our poultry are not processed under USDA or Vermont State inspection. As a result, no delivery is available.

Cut to your specifications, may be in primal or individual cuts, delivered fresh or frozen. Specialty cutting is available and quoted on a case by case basis. Base price is $5.25/ lb hanging weight.
